Under the Arm: My pain is beyond my control… and there’s nothing I can do about it.

Eyebrow: What if I could control some of my perception?
Side of the Eye: Maybe I’m in control.
Under the Eye: Maybe I’m not.
Under the Nose: Either way I choose to accept myself.
Chin: And I appreciate who I am right now.
Collarbone: I appreciate my body and all that it’s doing for me.
Under the Arm: I choose to control what I can control.
