Even though I am not sure what to do… I’m so confused… I open myself to clarity.

Eyebrow: I don’t know what to do.
Side of the Eye: I need to know what to do.
Under the Eye: But I feel so very confused.
Under the Nose: I want clarity.
Chin: I feel so confused… and that makes me anxious.
Collarbone: I am not sure what to do.
Under the Arm: I am confused… not sure what to do… and I accept myself anyway.

Under the Eye: What if I allowed my thoughts… to flow in the direction of relief?
Under the Nose: What if clarity is in the direction of relief?
Chin: I’m letting go of the anxiety around what to do.
Collarbone: I’m still a bit confused.
Under the Arm: I don’t know exactly what to do… and that’s okay.

Top of the Head: What if I have guidance within me?
Eyebrow: What if my guidance isn’t just in my head?
Side of the Eye: I am relaxing my breathing.
Under the Eye: I am releasing the tension in my heart.
Under the Nose: I am unknotting my gut.
Chin: I am relaxing… and allowing my inner guidance.
Collarbone: I appreciate my inner guidance… even when it isn’t totally clear.
Under the Arm: It feels so good to relax into just the next baby steps… that bring me relief.
