Tapping 1: I Feel Despair & So Depressed

Side of the Hand: Even though I feel this despair… I accept and acknowledge all my feelings.

Even though I feel despair… and it makes me depressed… I deeply and completely accept myself anyway.

Even though I get so depressed… the despair is just too much sometimes… I deeply love and respect who I am and how I feel.

Top of the Head: This despair.
Eyebrow: This depression.
Side of the Eye: I’m feel this despair.
Under the Eye: And that is so depressing.
Under the Nose: The depression feels so heavy.
Chin: The despair makes me so anxious.
Collarbone: I have this despair and this depression.
Under the Arm: I feel so much despair… it’s enough to make a person depressed!

Take a slow breath.

Tapping 2: I Feel Despair & So Depressed

Side of the Hand: Even though it is depressing to have this much despair in my body… I deeply and profoundly love and accept all of me.

Even though I feel such despair… I am open to feeling a surprising amount of relief… right here, right now.

Even though I can’t imagine finding relief from my despair… and that is depressing… I choose to release the anxiety around these feelings.

Top of the Head: I still feel despair.
Eyebrow: I have my reasons.
Side of the Eye: I feel depressed about my despair.
Under the Eye: I despair over my depression.
Under the Nose: What if I allowed myself to feel just a bit of relief?
Chin: Doesn’t my condition have to change in order for me to feel relief?
Collarbone: What if I allowed myself to feel relief anyway?
Under the Arm: I can always go back to feeling despair… I know how to do that!

Tapping 3: I Feel Despair & So Depressed

Top of the Head: I appreciate the relief from the despair.
Eyebrow: Even a little sunshine is welcome.
Side of the Eye: The depression can be so dark.
Under the Eye: I wonder where I might find some Light… amidst all this despair and depression.
Under the Nose: It’s okay to allow myself some relief.
Chin: And it’s okay to feel some despair sometimes… who doesn’t?
Collarbone: I appreciate that my heart is feeling a bit Lighter… and I choose to focus there.
Under the Arm: I am grateful to my heart for adding some Love and Light to my life… right now.
