Eyebrow: Haven’t I suffered enough?

Chin: Perhaps I don’t deserve to get well…
Collarbone: But I’ve decided to get well anyway.
Under the Arm: I have suffered enough… and it is time for me to allow myself the freedom of feeling well again.

Top of the Head: I do deserve to feel well.
Eyebrow: It is time to feel well again.
Side of the Eye: I appreciate the relief of feeling even a little bit better right now.
Under the Eye: I have always deserved to feel well.
Under the Nose: I am letting go of this confusion.
Chin: I’m so grateful to feel deserving of well-being.
Collarbone: It really has been long enough.
Under the Arm: I allow total well-being into my life… and that feels really, really good.
