Notice how true it feels in your body on a scale from 0 to 10. Zero means the statement has no felt charge for you, and 10 means it feels completely true.

Tapping 1: I Feel Angry

Side of the Hand: Even though I feel angry… I deeply and completely accept all of my feelings.

Even though I feel very angry right now… I accept myself anyway.

Even though I feel angry… I deeply and completely accept this anger.

Top of the Head: I feel angry.
Eyebrow: I feel so angry.
Side of the Eye: I have every right to feel angry.
Under the Eye: I’m feeling angry right now.
Under the Nose: I feel so very angry.
Chin: I need to feel angry right now.
Collarbone: And that’s okay.
Under the Arm: I just feel angry right now… and that’s okay.

Take a slow breath.

Side of the Hand: Even though I still feel angry… I accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I feel very angry right now… that’s okay… I accept my feelings.

Even though I feel angry right now… I acknowledge and respect these powerful feelings.

Side of the Eye: I have a lot to feel angry about.
Under the Eye: Anger feels better than feeling disempowered.
Under the Nose: I’m letting go of the guilt I feel over being angry.
Chin: I accept the power in my anger.
Collarbone: I am angry… and I have every right to feel this way.
Under the Arm: This anger is bringing me powerful relief… and I am open to feeling even better.

Under the Eye: I’ve felt so guilty about my anger.
Under the Nose: I’ve decided to let go of the guilt.
Chin: I’ve decided to transform the anger into personal power.
Collarbone: I’m ready to feel powerful without the noisy anger.
Under the Arm: I accept my power… I accept all my feelings… and I have decided to go forward in my life… with surprising calm and confidence.
