Even though I hate being dependent on others… I accept myself and all of my feelings.

Even though I truly hate being dependent on others… I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself anyway.

Top of the Head: I hate being dependent on others.
Eyebrow: I can’t stand being dependent.
Side of the Eye: I feel so unsafe being dependent on others.
Under the Eye: It makes me feel weaker than even I am.
Under the Nose: You’re not supposed to be dependent on others.
Chin: It makes me feel so anxious to be so dependent on others.
Collarbone: I hate being dependent on others.
Under the Arm: I really, truly hate being dependent on others.

Take a slow breath.

Tapping 2: I Hate Being Dependent on Others

Side of the Hand: Even though I hate being dependent on others… and I am… I accept myself and all of my feelings.

Even though I still hate that I am even partially dependent on others… I’ve decided to accept where I am and go with the flow.

Even though I hate how being dependent makes me feel… I deeply and profoundly love and accept who I am and how I feel.

Top of the Head: I really hate being dependent on others.
Eyebrow: And I still am.
Side of the Eye: That’s just the way it is.
Under the Eye: It’s the way it has been.
Under the Nose: I’d love for that to change.
Chin: Maybe it will.
Collarbone: Maybe it won’t.
Under the Arm: I’ve decided to feel relief anyway.

Top of the Head: What if it is okay to be dependent on others?
Eyebrow: No one grows all their own food these days.
Side of the Eye: No one makes their own clothes.
Under the Eye: Everyone is dependent.
Under the Nose: We would all die without each other’s support.
Chin: What if I was a smile producer?
Collarbone: What if I offered those around me some good cheer… some deep gratitude and appreciation?
Under the Arm: We’re all dependent… and we can all make a difference… and I am open to contributing more and more positive energy… to those that serve many of my needs.

Take a slow breath.
