Side of the Hand: Even though I’m ashamed of myself… and I don’t see that changing… I deeply and profoundly accept all of my feelings.

Even though I’m ashamed of myself… and I have my very good reasons… I accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I’m ashamed of myself… and I have my secrets… I choose to accept myself anyway.

Top of the Head: I’m ashamed of myself.
Eyebrow: I’m definitely ashamed of myself.
Side of the Eye: Yes, I am ashamed of myself.
Under the Eye: I refuse not to be ashamed of myself.
Under the Nose: I deserve to be ashamed of myself.
Chin: Don’t I?
Collarbone: I should be ashamed of myself… that’s what they said.
Under the Arm: I am ashamed of myself… I have my reasons… and I accept myself anyway.

Even though I’m still ashamed of myself… I am open to feeling relief.

Even though I insist on being ashamed of myself… especially after all I’ve done… and not done… I deeply and profound love and accept all of my feelings.

Top of the Head: Yes, I am ashamed of myself.
Eyebrow: No, I’m not.
Side of the Eye: Oh yes, I am ashamed… and I have to be.
Under the Eye: What if I don’t have to be ashamed of myself any longer?
Under the Nose: People want me to be ashamed of myself.
Chin: I am ashamed of myself.
Collarbone: I need to be ashamed of myself…
Under the Arm: Don’t I need to feel ashamed for what I did?

Top of the Head: I’m open to feeling some relief from this shame.
Eyebrow: No, I’m not.
Side of the Eye: Yes, I am.
Under the Eye: I am ready to allow myself some relief.
Under the Nose: But I don’t forgive myself.
Chin: And that’s okay.
Collarbone: I’ve decided to accept myself anyway.
Under the Arm: I’m releasing the shame… and I appreciate so much this growing sense of relief.
