Side of the Hand: Even though I feel fearful and scared… I’m not sure what is going to happen to me… I deeply and profoundly accept myself anyway.

Even though I feel fearful and scared… and I’m very worried about the future… I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I feel scared about so many things… I accept who I am… and I accept how I feel.

Top of the Head: I feel fearful and scared.
Eyebrow: I hate this feeling of fear in my body.
Side of the Eye: When I feel the pain I feel afraid.
Under the Eye: When I feel tired I feel scared.
Under the Nose: It seems I’m always feeling fearful and scared.
Chin: This fear in my body.
Collarbone: This fear in my body and mind.
Under the Arm: I feel so fearful and scared.

Side of the Hand: Even though I still feel fearful and scared… and I’m not sure what’s coming next for me… I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself.

Even though I feel fearful and scared… I accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I don’t like feeling fearful and scared… I have decided to accept that this is where I am.

Top of the Head: I do feel fearful.
Eyebrow: I feel quite scared.
Side of the Eye: But I could change my focus.
Under the Eye: I could feel calm and peaceful.
Under the Nose: Just for a minute.
Chin: I could feel calm and peaceful.
Collarbone: What if I started feeling better today?
Under the Arm: I choose to feel calm and peaceful.

Tapping 3: I Feel Fearful & Scared

Side of the Hand: Even though I still have some of this feeling of being scared and fearful… I have decided to accept who I am and what my body feels like.

Even though I still feel fearful and scared sometimes… I choose to accept that this is where I am.

Even though I still feel fearful and scared… I accept who I am and where I am.

Top of the Head: I still feel fearful sometimes.
Eyebrow: But not all the time.
Side of the Eye: Sometimes I feel courageous.
Under the Eye: Sometimes I feel strong.
Under the Nose: Sometimes I feel good.
Chin: I feel better right now.
Collarbone: I appreciate who I am.
Under the Arm: And I appreciate that I can focus on strength and confidence.
