Check In: I’m Not Worthy of Attention

Say aloud:

I’m Not Worthy of Attention

Notice how true it feels in your body on a scale from 0 to 10. Zero means the statement has no felt charge for you, and 10 means it feels completely true.

Starting intensity: _____

Tapping 1: I’m Not Worthy of Attention

Side of the Hand: Even though I’m not worthy of attention… I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself.

Even though I’m not worthy of attention… I accept myself and all of my feelings.

Even though I’m not worthy of attention… I deeply and completely accept myself anyway.

Top of the Head: I’m not worthy of attention.
Eyebrow: Nope! No attention for me! Even when I’m sick!
Side of the Eye: I’m just not worthy of attention.
Under the Eye: They ignore me even when I am in pain!
Under the Nose: They don’t give me the attention I really deserve.
Chin: I don’t deserve ANY attention, do I?
Collarbone: I’m definitely not worthy of attention.
Under the Arm: I can’t be worthy of attention… or they would pay attention!

Take a slow breath.

Tapping 2: I’m Not Worthy of Attention

Side of the Hand: Even though I’ve tried being worthy of their loving attention… and that may be a factor in my pain… I deeply and completely accept all of me.

Even though I’m just not worthy of their attention… no matter how sick I get… I accept myself and all of my feelings.

Even though I may never be worthy of their attention… and that causes me pain… I’ve decided to pay loving attention to myself!

Top of the Head: What if I let go of my need for their attention completely?
Eyebrow: That would be different!
Side of the Eye: I might pay attention to myself.
Under the Eye: But I’m not worthy of attention!
Under the Nose: What if I have always been worthy of loving attention?
Chin: That can’t be!
Collarbone: They never pay attention to my needs!
Under the Arm: It must be my fault that I am not worthy of attention… isn’t it?

Top of the Head: What if I truly am worthy of attention?
Eyebrow: What if I paid attention to myself?
Side of the Eye: I see myself as needing loving attention.
Under the Eye: My pain is crying out for loving attention.
Under the Nose: I am going to give MYSELF the gift of loving attention.
Chin: I allow myself to receive loving attention from All That Is.
Collarbone: It feels good to give myself some attention.
Under the Arm: I’ve decided to pay attention to my body… my mind… my loving heart… and my incredible spirit within.

Take a slow breath.
