Tapping 1: I’m Totally Stressed Out

Side of the Hand: Even though I’m totally stressed out… I deeply and completely accept myself.

Even though I’m totally stressed out… and I have a long list of reasons… I accept myself anyway.

Even though I’m totally stressed out… I accept who I am and how I feel.

Top of the Head: I’m totally stressed out.
Eyebrow: I am totally stressed out.
Side of the Eye: I’m definitely stressed.
Under the Eye: This stress is killing me.
Under the Nose: It’s too much.
Chin: I feel so much stress.
Collarbone: I’m totally stressed out.
Under the Arm: I’m totally stressed… I have my reasons… and I’m okay anyway.

Side of the Hand: Even though I’m totally stressed out… and I can’t imagine feeling differently… I accept where I am and how I feel.

Even though I’m totally stressed out… I’m okay and getting better.

Even though I’m totally stressed out… I’m open to feeling surprisingly calm and confident anyway.

Top of the Head: I’m still totally stressed out.
Eyebrow: Don’t I have to be stressed out?
Side of the Eye: I have all these reasons to be stressed.
Under the Eye: I spent so much energy being stressed out.
Under the Nose: What if I don’t have to feel so stressed?
Chin: I still feel so much stress.
Collarbone: I also feel just a bit of relief.
Under the Arm: I am so ready for some relief from this stress.

Top of the Head: I often feel totally stressed out.
Eyebrow: I can feel that pattern changing.
Side of the Eye: I still feel some stress.
Under the Eye: And that is okay.
Under the Nose: Who doesn’t feel some stress?
Chin: I so appreciate relief from some of this stress.
Collarbone: I’m starting to allow myself to feel relief.
Under the Arm: I’m grateful for the stress relief that is available to me… at my fingertips.
