Tapping 1: I Have So Much Self-Hatred

Side of the Hand: Even though I have so much self-hatred… I acknowledge and respect all of my feelings.

Even though I really hate myself… and I have my reasons… I deeply and profoundly love and accept all of me anyway.

Even though I deeply and completely HATE myself… I accept where I am and how I feel.

Top of the Head: I have so much self-hatred.
Eyebrow: I really do hate myself.
Side of the Eye: Right now, I hate myself so much.
Under the Eye: I am really good at hating myself.
Under the Nose: I have so much practice hating myself.
Chin: I’ve mastered hating myself.
Collarbone: That’s the truth… I hate myself.
Under the Arm: I have so much self-hatred… I think I always have… and I’ve decided it is time to shift this attitude.

Take a slow breath.

Tapping 2: I Have So Much Self-Hatred

Side of the Hand: Even though I still hate myself… and I probably always will… I accept myself anyway.

Even though I still have so much self-hatred… and I have my reasons… I deeply and profoundly respect all of my feelings.

Even though you’re not going to convince me not to hate myself… I accept where I am and how I feel.

Top of the Head: I still have so much self-hatred.
Eyebrow: And I’m not going to stop hating myself anytime soon.
Side of the Eye: But what if I did?
Under the Eye: What if I found myself… tolerable?
Under the Nose: What if I felt okay with myself?
Chin: That would be different!
Collarbone: I think I’ve hated myself long enough.
Under the Arm: You can’t make me LIKE myself… I don’t… and it is okay for me to feel relief anyway.

Take a slow breath.

Tapping 3: I Have So Much Self-Hatred

Top of the Head: Remaining self-hate.
Eyebrow: Don’t I need to hate myself?
Side of the Eye: What if I could forgive myself just a tiny bit?
Under the Eye: I really and truly have hated myself.
Under the Nose: I can feel that starting to shift.
Chin: I’m letting go of this self-inflicted anxiety.
Collarbone: I’ve been mean to myself for long enough.
Under the Arm: I accept relief for myself… and I appreciate who I am becoming.

Take a slow breath.
