Take a slow breath.

Tapping 2: I Feel Skeptical

Side of the Hand: Even though I still feel skeptical… and maybe I always have… I deeply and profoundly accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I have every reason to be skeptical… I’m not so stupid as to be closed minded.

Under the Eye: That’s how I protect myself.
Under the Nose: I feel safe being skeptical.

Under the Arm: I’m just fine being skeptical… and also feeling relief.

Top of the Head: I’m okay with feeling relief.

Side of the Eye: I don’t have to be a True Believer.
Under the Eye: I accept my body’s ability to bring itself relief.
Under the Nose: I intend to soothe my pain and bring myself relief.
Chin: It’s natural to comfort myself.
Collarbone: I so appreciate any relief I feel.
Under the Arm: I accept positive energy… I accept relief… and I’m okay feeling how I feel.

Take a slow breath.
