Side of the Hand: Even though I feel unsafe… about so many things… I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I feel unsafe in my body… and I think I always have… I deeply and profoundly love and accept all of me.

Even though I feel unsafe in my body and mind… and I’ve always felt this way… I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.

Top of the Head: I feel unsafe.
Eyebrow: I feel unsafe in my body.
Side of the Eye: I feel unsafe in my mind.
Under the Eye: I feel unsafe.
Under the Nose: I feel so unsafe.
Chin: I can feel it in my body.
Collarbone: I just don’t feel stable.
Under the Arm: I just don’t feel safe.

Side of the Hand: Even though I have felt unsafe for so long… I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself now.

Even though I feel unsafe about my illness… and my life… I deeply and profoundly accept who I am.

Even though I still feel unsafe… I am choosing to let some of it go.

Eyebrow: A part of me still feels unsafe.

Under the Eye: What if I could change this?
Under the Nose: What if I could change this feeling?
Chin: I am looking forward to letting some of it go.

Under the Arm: I’m ready to let go of some of this feeling of being unsafe.

Under the Nose: But I’m working on it.
Chin: I already feel better.
Collarbone: I already feel a little safer.
Under the Arm: I choose to feel more safe than ever before.
