Side of the Hand: Even though I feel so guilty… for so many things that I’ve done and said… I deeply and completely accept who I am right now.

Even though it is hard to accept who I am right now… because I feel so guilty… I accept how I feel and what is going on in my body.

Top of the Head: I always feel guilty.
Eyebrow: Why do I feel so guilty?
Side of the Eye: I really feel guilty.
Under the Eye: I wonder where all this guilt comes from.
Under the Nose: I feel guilty about many things.
Chin: I wonder if I’m ever going to forgive myself.
Collarbone: I feel so guilty about so many things.
Under the Arm: I feel guilty about my body.

Side of the Hand: Even though I can feel the guilt in my bones and my body… I choose to accept the mistakes that I’ve made.

Even though I feel very guilty in my body all over… I deeply and completely accept what I’ve done in the past.

Even though I have felt guilty for so long… I am considering accepting who I am… and I am considering forgiving myself.

Top of the Head: But how could I forgive who I am?
Eyebrow: I did some terrible things.
Side of the Eye: No I didn’t.
Under the Eye: We all do.
Under the Nose: What if it is time to forgive myself?
Chin: What if it is time to move on?
Collarbone: I’m not ready to forgive myself.
Under the Arm: I choose to accept myself… even if I’m not ready to forgive myself.

Side of the Hand: Even though I’ve been feeling guilty my whole life… I accept who I am right this minute.

Even though I’ve been feeling guilty my whole life… I have decided to accept who I am right in this moment.

Even though I feel very guilty… there are many things that I did wrong… I accept who I am and how I feel.

Top of the Head: I feel so guilty.
Eyebrow: What if I could let it go?
Side of the Eye: I can feel a shift happening already.
Under the Eye: It is hard to make this change.
Under the Nose: But what if I let go of this guilt?
Chin: I know what I did wrong.
Collarbone: I want to let it go.
Under the Arm: I think it is time to let it go.

Top of the Head: I would never hold someone else responsible for this long.
Eyebrow: It’s time to let go of my guilt.
Side of the Eye: It is time to appreciate myself.
Under the Eye: It is time to feel better in my body and mind.
Under the Nose: It is time to feel good again!
Chin: I feel so relieved just thinking about forgiving myself.

Under the Arm: I choose to feel calm and peaceful now.
