Eyebrow: We all need some healthy solitude.
Side of the Eye: I’m okay if I withdraw a bit.
Under the Eye: I choose to feel protected.
Under the Nose: I love feeling my power to be present with myself.
Chin: It’s okay… whatever I do.
Collarbone: I may withdraw if I choose.
Under the Arm: And still feel deeply engaged and connected… to the warmth and power of my own heart… no matter what.
