Notice how true it feels in your body on a scale from 0 to 10. Zero means the statement has no felt charge for you, and 10 means it feels completely true.

Tapping 1: I’m Defective

Side of the Hand: Even though I have this belief that I’m defective… I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I have this belief that I’m defective… and I always have… I deeply and completely accept how I feel… and I appreciate who I am no matter what.

Even though I have this inner feeling that I am defective… I accept who I am and I accept how I feel.

Top of the Head: I’m convinced I’m defective.
Eyebrow: I have this belief that I’m defective.
Side of the Eye: I’m pretty sure that I’m defective.
Under the Eye: I feel defective.
Under the Nose: It’s a terrible feeling.
Chin: I feel defective at my core.
Collarbone: I really feel defective.
Under the Arm: The pain that I experience makes me feel defective.

Even though I’m convinced that I’m defective inside… I choose to accept who I am and how I feel.

Side of the Eye: What if I’m just human?
Under the Eye: I think maybe I’m not defective!
Under the Nose: What if I am defective?
Chin: I’m not defective!
Collarbone: I just have a health challenge.
Under the Arm: But I’ve always had this belief that I’m defective.

Top of the Head: What if I’m not defective?
Eyebrow: I’m not defective.
Side of the Eye: That was just a belief.
Under the Eye: I am whole as I am.
Under the Nose: I am right where I need to be.
Chin: I am not defective.
Collarbone: I appreciate who I am.
Under the Arm: And I appreciate my uniqueness.
