Side of the Hand: Even though I’m so tired and so exhausted… I deeply and profoundly love and accept my whole body.

Even though I’m so tired and exhausted… and I have no energy… I deeply and profoundly accept who I am and how I feel.

Even though I am so tired and exhausted… and I have absolutely no energy… I accept who I am and I accept how my body feels.

Top of the Head: I am so tired.
Eyebrow: I feel so exhausted.
Side of the Eye: My body is so tired.
Under the Eye: I feel completely exhausted.
Under the Nose: I have no energy left.
Chin: I am so tired.
Collarbone: I feel so tired.
Under the Arm: I feel utterly exhausted.

Under the Nose: What if I could feel just a little bit better?
Chin: I love feeling just a little bit better.
Collarbone: I appreciate the parts of my body that do feel good.
Under the Arm: And I love it when my body feels calm and well rested.

Side of the Hand: Even though I’ve been so tired and exhausted… I can feel new energy coming into my body.

Even though I’ve been so tired and exhausted… I actually feel new energy coming into my body.

Even though I’m still tired and still exhausted… I feel some relief in my body.

Top of the Head: I used to feel tired all the time.
Eyebrow: I feel a little bit better.
Side of the Eye: I feel calm and relaxed.
Under the Eye: I feel some new energy coming into my body.
Under the Nose: I feel a little bit better.
Chin: I feel new energy bringing me life.
