Tapping 1: I Feel Embarrassed

Side of the Hand: Even though I feel embarrassed… and I have my reasons… I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I feel so totally embarrassed… I accept myself anyway.

Even though I feel very embarrassed… and you would too… I choose to deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.

Top of the Head: I feel embarrassed.
Eyebrow: I feel totally embarrassed.
Side of the Eye: I am embarrassed about it.
Under the Eye: I refuse to not be embarrassed.
Under the Nose: I have to feel embarrassed.
Chin: Don’t I have to feel embarrassed?
Collarbone: I do feel totally embarrassed.
Under the Arm: I feel embarrassed… I feel very embarrassed… and I accept myself anyway.

Take a slow breath.

Tapping 2: I Feel Embarrassed

Side of the Hand: Even though I still feel embarrassed… and I’m convinced that will never change… I choose to accept myself anyway.

Even though I have every right to feel embarrassed… I’m open to feeling surprisingly calm and confident anyway.

Even though I still feel pretty embarrassed… I accept who I am… and I accept how I feel.

Top of the Head: Remaining embarrassment.
Eyebrow: I still feel embarrassed.
Side of the Eye: What if I released some of the embarrassment?
Under the Eye: I feel so embarrassed.
Under the Nose: And I’m letting that go.
Chin: I’ve been embarrassed for so long.
Collarbone: I’m so used to feeling embarrassed.
Under the Arm: I acknowledge my embarrassment… I see events clearly now… and I’m open to accepting myself anyway.

Top of the Head: But I still have some of this embarrassment.
Eyebrow: And that’s okay.
Side of the Eye: I also have some relief.
Under the Eye: I appreciate any relief from this embarrassment.
Under the Nose: I’m letting my energy flow towards relief.
Chin: I’m setting things right in my body, mind, and spirit.
Collarbone: I am letting go of the remaining embarrassment.
Under the Arm: I accept myself… I respect my feelings… and I allow myself to feel relief.
