Even though I feel so hurt… I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself.

Even though I feel hurt… and I have my reasons… I honor and respect all of my feelings.

Eyebrow: I am hurt.
Side of the Eye: I feel so very hurt.
Under the Eye: I have good reasons for feeling hurt.
Under the Nose: It’s true… I feel hurt.
Chin: It feels good to get this off my chest… I FEEL HURT!
Collarbone: I say it again… I feel hurt.
Under the Arm: That’s the truth… I feel hurt.

Under the Arm: It’s not my fault I feel hurt… and I have decided to love and accept all of me.

Chin: I’m releasing the hurt from my body… and my mind.
Collarbone: I so deserve relief from this hurt.
Under the Arm: I accept love for myself… and I appreciate the relief from the hurt I’m already feeling.
