It was further refined in the '80s and '90s by Roger Callahan, Patricia Carrington, Gary Craig, Fred Gallo, Donna Eden, and Carol Look. Since then, the benefits of Tapping have continued to be extensively documented by thousands of other professional practitioners and researchers.
Tapping continues to evolve since they are a part of several overlapping fields of scientific exploration: energy therapy, energy medicine, energy psychology, meridian energy therapy, energy-centered bodywork, and more.
From worldwide experience, we now know Tapping can shift our beliefs and thoughts quickly and with much less pain than many conventional therapies.
