Let Rest Become an Ongoing Relationship
You do not have to master sleep or finish every lesson before returning to the practices that help. Revisit one specific lesson when bedtime, inner noise, waking during the night, the morning alarm, or daytime depletion becomes active.
Notice the small evidence of change: a softer breath, less hostility toward wakefulness, a kinder morning, greater clarity about what your body needs, or one familiar practice that helps you settle.
Choose the Support That Fits
Sleep concerns can benefit from practical, medical, relational, and emotional support. Use the Community Center for shared reflection, explore ongoing practice in the Circle, or seek professional care for persistent sleep problems, pain, breathing concerns, or medication questions.
