Leave a Small Space for What Matters
Sometimes the mind stays noisy because something within wants acknowledgment. Before demanding silence, ask softly: Is there anything my body, mind, heart, or spirit wants me to know?
Pause. Notice a word, sensation, image, or practical impulse. If you have a spiritual relationship, you may include Source, the Divine, the Universe, or supportive beings in the question. This is an invitation, not a requirement or a guarantee that an answer will appear.
Write down anything that truly needs remembering. If clarity remains cloudy, tap gently. In bed, you can hold or massage the points rather than stimulate the body strongly.
Tapping: Opening to Simple Clarity
Side of the Hand: Even though I sense something here and it feels cloudy or
out of reach, I want clarity and I am willing to listen gently.
Even though I have many questions, I am open to a simple answer, reassurance,
or permission to wait.
Top of the Head: Hello, body and mind.
Eyebrow: I am open to clarity.
Side of the Eye: I am letting some stress soften.
Under the Eye: And some thinking.
Under the Nose: And more thinking.
Chin: I invite body guidance.
Collarbone: I invite reassurance.
Under the Arm: And soothing comfort as I prepare for sleep.
Take a breath. Whatever arrived—or did not arrive—can be enough for tonight.
