A short “homework” assignment (Don’t worry! It will be fun and easy!)
Recordings from 4 Q&A&Tap calls for each module (an awesome resource for extra tapping)

[In some places you see references to “week 1” instead of “module 1.” We changed the program to go by module since people GO AT THEIR OWN PACE when healing, and it’s perfect to take more than one week per module. Just be sure to keep GOING to get the best benefits!]

We’ll also be inviting you to complete, at the end of each module, a short survey. We’d love to know what you think of the process, learn what questions you have, and make sure we’re keep up-to-date with your progress. Please fill these out and give us honest feedback! If something is unclear or missing, we want to know.
