Borrowing Benefits ~ Tapping with Others

Even if the topic doesn’t pertain to you right now, we encourage each other to tap along.
Everyone except the coach and volunteer is muted, so you can say the words out loud, even change them to fit your issue if you want.
It can help if you have an issue in mind when you tap. Many people writethem down, along with the intensity, so they can monitor how it shifts asthey tap.
Borrowing benefits works, even if you use the words being spoken bysomeone else. Our body-mind is very intelligent and will bring your reliefanyway.
Sometimes we all get stuck in a rut. Tapping along with other people canhelp you see things from a different perspective, shifting issues youweren’t aware you had!
People are often surprised at how a seemingly “unrelated issue” canresonate for them… or bring up aspects they might have missed.
