Once we get down to the hurt, the guilt and shame, significant progress can be made. Those feelings that we shouldn’t exist, that we’re not good enough, that we ARE wrong (shame) or that we’ve done wrong (guilt)… these get so strongly ingrained on an energetic level that affects the whole organism.

As we work with serious diseases, we are finding these two energies–guilt and shame–at the core. And thus, working and soothing these energies using EFT can bring deep, long lasting relief. Yet, it is seldom a one-minute wonder.

(13:00) Shame Around Others
When we feel “less than” another when we “should” be just as powerful and articulate, intense shame can be present. Here we work on some of those energies together.

(29:00) WRONG!!  (A specific event of sexual abuse)
Deb bravely works through most of the specific event of sexual abuse that occurred when she was 16 and thin and dancing and healthy. We use EFT on the physical sensations and the very specific aspects of the event. And she reaches a point where her perception starts to shift to the truth of her innocence.
