[00:00:00] What if you've been missing the power to bring yourself relief that's been right at your fingertips all along? I'm Rick from Thriving now, and I'm both excited to be here with you and also I'm really aware that you're saying that you need relief now. So let's get right to it. First, a little context. We have a human body and a lot of the things that we need relief around are connected in our body.

[00:00:30] Our emotions are felt in our body, and yet, I don't know about you, but I was always told to change the way I think. Like, oh, it's not so bad, and sometimes that brings a little bit of relief, but as far as my body is concerned, it was being left behind. There are natural comfort points on the body. You know, sometimes you might have seen someone doing this.

[00:00:58] That brings comfort, that's sort of protective and their points underneath our arms that have been used for thousands of years. When you see people, they're struggling, they're confused, and they start rubbing their chin, why do they do that? Why right there? Well, it's a point, a natural comfort point. These points are used in acupuncture and they're used.

[00:01:23] In a variety of different healing arts to bring relief. We're gonna be using them as well. We're gonna be using a technique called EFT tapping. It's our first key is to start using a technique that consciously tunes you into what's happening in your body at a a level deeper than just, I need relief and I need it now.

[00:01:48] Just by going another level deeper, it takes you to where the action is. And it allows us through these natural comfort points to bring some intentional energy of relief to our body.
