Begin with Choice, Grounding, and Support
This recorded three-day workshop brings together Carol Look, Rick Wilkes, and Sue Beer to explore how trauma can remain active in the body, emotions, relationships, and protective patterns—and how EFT Tapping can support relief.
Some sessions discuss childhood trauma, sexual trauma, war, addictions, painful relationships, and other intense experiences. You are welcome to pause, move around, orient to the room, skip a session, or return with more support. Going at your own pace is part of the practice.
This Workshop Can Support
- people working gently with the effects of childhood or adult trauma;
- EFT and energy practitioners who want a deeper understanding of trauma-informed practice;
- medical and mental-health professionals exploring complementary emotional-regulation tools; and
- loved ones seeking more understanding and steadiness around trauma.
EFT is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Choose qualified professional support whenever that would make this work safer, steadier, or more appropriate.
