Each of these emotions has been selected by an individual member of our community as their focus when they went through the course the first time. It's a diverse collection! We offer it to you to inspire and encourage exploration.
We understand that choosing just ONE emotion can be a challenge, as many (most?) of them may be attractive or appealing to you. However, we invite you to take a moment and let your body and mind feel into the emotional state that would truly support your thriving right here and now. Allow yourself to connect with the emotion that feels like it could be a difference-maker in your life.

The first time I went through the course, I chose “eager” — an emotion I really wanted to feel more in my life as a “spice” to add to feeling calm and confident (my core state I practice).
