Keep Taking Baby Steps
Completing a meaningful step can bring energy, possibility, and relief. It can also make fears and worries louder. That does not automatically mean you chose wrong. A part of you may be reacting because the change matters, the outcome is not guaranteed, or you have moved beyond what feels familiar.
Return to the practices in this Course. Quiet the outside noise. Ground in the body. Tap with the fear. Check the head, heart, gut, pelvis, and feet. Ask what the next small yes is rather than demanding certainty about the entire path.
Showing up and taking baby steps develops the relationship. You can act, notice, recalibrate, and change direction when new information arrives. The aim is not to eliminate uncertainty. It is to remain connected with yourself while moving toward a life that feels increasingly authentic and alive.
