Please understand that sometimes after taking a powerful step, fears and worries come up. It’s perfectly normal… And it doesn’t mean you did anything wrong.
In fact, sometimes the louder the fears, the more important the progress is. Knowing that these thoughts and feelings aren’t signs that you made a mistake is one of the first stage of stepping through the walls that hold us back and keep us small.
All you need to do is show up and take the baby steps forward that we’ll show you. You are beautiful and you deserve the freedom and power you’ll find on this journey.
