Reducing your level of frustration, stress, worry, and anxiety around the pain helps! These emotions are the cement that hold the pain in place. Let them go to give your body room to do its thing. Tap on all your negative emotions to feel more free.
Your body naturally wants to heal. When you’re run down, your body has to work harder to repair the damage. Traumas freeze your energy and make your body hurt. Even small traumas can add to the stress on your body. Think of them like the pebbles and small rocks in the cement. If there are BIG rocks in the cement, get help shifting them if you need it.

Under the Nose: What if I tried tapping on what I’m honestly feeling?
Chin: My stress and anger…
Collarbone: My doubts and fears…
Under the Arm: I would like to feel better about myself.
Top of the Head: And yelling at myself isn’t working.
