What Is The Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction states that what you focus on, you get more of. What you pay attention to gets bigger… and plays bigger in your overall life experience.

So if you predominately focus on fears and lack… you get more of them! You feel like Life Sucks.

And if you predominately pay attention to all the positive things happening in your life, you get more of those things. You feel like Life Is Good… and Getting Better!

However… focusing on the positive is easier said than done. Why is that, when we all want to feel good?

Your Beliefs Drive Your Attention

Your beliefs are like the glasses you see the world through. If you have a belief that “life is hard and cruel” then your brain LITERALLY tunes itself to find all evidence that this is true.

But many of our most strongly held beliefs are “fixed” in our subconscious psyche before the age of 5. If you always saw Mom and Dad arguing about money and associate money with struggle and stress, your subconscious will want to avoid… MONEY!

You will find yourself sabotaging yourself… in weird ways that make no logical sense… no matter how much you consciously want more financial abundance in your life.

The great thing with EFT / Energy Tapping is that we can shift those self-limiting beliefs, often quite quickly, and start attracting more of what we want into our lives.

One of the basic tenets of the Law of Attraction (LoA) is that the universe is predominantly a wonderful, abundant, loving place. If we are open to allowing abundance in our lives, we can receive it. Many of us were raised with beliefs that we must first “deserve” it, work hard for it, there is only a little bit, only other people get good things, etc.

As we shift those limiting beliefs, we find our lives becoming richer and full of possibilities. A wonderful resource for shifting those beliefs is Carol Look’s Book on Attracting Financial Abundance.

As we change our beliefs and our vibration, even slightly, we start attracting different things into our lives. Energy Tapping helps us change our vibration by identifying what is in our way and releasing it.

Autopilot Non-Awareness

We can also start noticing the thoughts and beliefs that direct our actions rather than operating on autopilot. What fears and negative beliefs cause us to reject a friend’s offer of help? Or make us stumble at a job interview we’d really like to go smoothly. As we identify the blocks, some tapping will often shift them out of our way.

We can tap on our beliefs around Scarcity, and Self-Judgments we have about abundance. As we release old rules and blocks, we find ourselves creating a business and lifestyle that is better than we ever dreamed possible!
