Childhood Trauma

Childhood is when many of our beliefs, fears, and core emotional patterns are formed. Releasing the emotional charge around childhood experiences can give us more freedom in the present.

We absorb and interpret how we’re treated by our parents, our teachers, and our playmates at a time when we don’t understand WHY… why we’re being teased, picked on, or attacked. Those traumas may still be influencing us decades later.

Just think: the beliefs we carry about how loving and generous the world is could have been strongly influenced by that six-year-old bully on the playground or the “princess” in kindergarten who looked down her nose at our clothes.

The free course session They Picked On Me offers a fuller exploration and tapping support.

As you gently work with those early wounds, you can become more open and connected to your own inner sense of worth.
