It can come from others, or we can hear it inside our own heads (often in a way that REMINDS us of how others used to talk to us). In this session, I cover the benefits of using EFT to remove the weapons of emotional destruction from the hands of those around us. When we become calm and confident in the face of criticism, what the criticism can FEEL like is closer to an absurdity (“You’re a purple people eater”) than something that makes us want to curl up into a ball.
Grief is intertwined with our spiritual beliefs and knowings. So, no discussion of grief can take place without that context being present. As you listen to this team call on grief and loss, it is my hope that the message of the eternalness of Who We Really Are comes through in a way that feels good to you, that provides some measure of relief during times of grief.
Deb has multiple sclerosis and doesn’t always know when she’s not feeling well. She had some downtime after sessions we had the week before. In this session I explore how to listen and respect her body’s signals so that it doesn’t take a “10” pain level for her to take the time and rest to renew her body.
How often after we’ve been with someone for awhile, and the love-induced stupor starts to fade, we notice not only the person’s imperfections but our own fears and doubts become louder and Louder and LOUDER. We start beating the drum of fear and discontent. It is no wonder that the “music” of the relationship starts to show discord.
