The EFT Couse on DVD

This is the original series of videos. They use the long form of EFT rather than the short form used in the Borrowing Benefits set. The “basic recipe” is also known as the long form of EFT. Gary uses the long form in his EFT DVD Course (described below), so if you want to know how to do it, this manual is one place to learn. Most EFT practitioners, including Gary, have now switched to the short form of EFT (which generally does not use the 9 Gamut or the finger points). Both the long form and short form work well.
