The results were surprising… We knew people had trouble sleeping and that lack of sleep was causing problems with health, focus, and emotional connection.
We didn’t realize how many of you were being affected.
63% said you sometimes or often had trouble getting to sleep.
Only 10% of you reported regularly sleeping well (not tossing and turning, waking and not being able to fall asleep again, or feeling restless).
And less than 12% said you regularly feel rested in the morning.
We want to help. You deserve deep rest… and the focus and well-being that comes with deep, restful sleep.
We’re combing through the responses now to understand what topics and issues will make the biggest difference for you.
