The holidays can be a time full of warmth, love, and delight… and they can be a time of stress, overwhelm, and intense loneliness.
We’ve felt some of each over the years, and we know that some of this depends on who we’re with and what’s going on in life, and some of it depends on our viewpoint and our vibration on a given day. (I know that I’ve managed to miss or ignore the nicest things when I’ve been caught up in negative thoughts and fears. ~ Cathy).

Under the Nose: I appreciate how far I’ve come.
Chin: I am grateful for the dreams that call me forward.
Collarbone: I let go of the anxiety and stress.
Under the Arm: I accept myself as lovably imperfect.
Top of the Head: And I tune myself to the energy of healing grace and love.
