Trauma and the Primitive Brain 1

Would you ask a 3-year-old what house to buy? Do you ask a 5-year-old who to date? If you have unresolved traumas from when you were 3- or 5-years-old, these frozen memories may have more impact on these adult decisions than you might think. You can find out what might be blocking you by watching this 14-minute video…

Most people think of “trauma” as nasty car accidents, muggings, child abuse, and war. But to a 3-year-old, Mommy suddenly “disappearing” because of a new job can be traumatic if the child feels rejected or abandoned.

Being ridiculed at Show-and-Tell can affect how we hold ourselves in public, sometimes for the rest of our lives… if we don’t release the frozen pain of that experience.

“Small” traumas can affect our self-worth, our sense of safety, how much love we allow in, and how abundant we feel.

Traumas change our vibration… often below the level of consciousness (and thus they affect what we focus on in our life.)

Why is that? What is going on and how do we change this?

We have put together a video sharing how big and little traumas are held in the body and mind, and how we can release them. Get good at this and your primitive brain can become your ally — rather than leaving you feeling stuck with the parking brake on.

I cannot thank you enough for such amazing material that interests me a lot, and you are very unique and special in giving explanations. The primitive brain and its functioning astonishes me. I have always thinking   how to resolve that our unconscious part conducts our behavior more than anything, despite our conscious efforts. The more I use tapping, the more I m finding resolvings of these problems, and always new and new things appear on light of consciousness. I love you and sending my regards, Ljupka

  • This is really helpful when we feel the effect of old trauma in our lives. And it doesn’t JUST apply to things that happen to us as children. It could have happened YESTERDAY (or on this day in 2001) and affect our sense of safety and well-being until the frozen energy is resolved. Tapping is one of the emotional technologies that can do that consistently.
