Rheumatoid Arthritis and Emotional Flexibility (Start 01:00) When working with chronic diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, as a coach I focus on body sensations as well as the emotional feelings that both intensify the pain and that seem to be “in” the pain. In this session, one of the key body sensations is around “flexibility.” Flexibility is both a physical experience and an emotional one. Here we explore with EFT how we can help bring both physical relief and move towards greater emotional freedom and flexibility. We also talk about getting in vibrational alignment with the medications we take… using language and talk (which can be combined with tapping) to shift our vibration to one of well-being.  Can We Heal From Chronic Disease? (Start 32:45) Can someone heal from “life-long” chronic disease? I believe that if ONE person has done so, that any person has within her the potential to do so. In this dialogue with Helena, we discuss HIV/AIDS, smoking, and other conditions like ulcerative colitis (which I was diagnosed with back in the late 80’s but am completely healed from—even though the doctors might say, “Oh, it’s just been in total remission for 13 years.” I prefer to refer to myself as cured.).
