Reaching for a thought that feels better, law of attraction, anger as a better feeling thought from powerless, guilt, shame, depression.

Mom Was Wrong! Money is Good! (Start 07:44)
Christine’s family had certain beliefs around money: “People who have money are worse off, and it messes up their lives.” Nonetheless, she married someone who was independently wealthy. Recently, she was called by changing finances to pay attention to money, and she chose to get out in the workforce more actively (in addition to her practice in Alexander Technique). She is experiencing pain and resistance, and even some panic in her body as her primitive brain “feels like a bomb has gone off” (well beyond what is logical considering what she knows is still financial abundance). In this session we work through some of the body sensations, beliefs and writing on the walls, and setting the stage for feeling great going out into the workforce.
