With so many information sources available today, it can be easy to feel overwhelmed by all the choices. Sometimes when we are presented with a lot of choices, and have limited time (who doesn’t?), we end up doing nothing. It can feel like we’re invited to a free buffet… so we MUST eat everything there, right?!?! Selecting just the most delicious options, the ones that seem like a really good fit for us right here right now, can make it easier to move forward. Doing a few rounds of tapping can calm that feeling of overwhelm and bring clarity and direction to our decisions.
When we feel guilty and shameful, releasing feelings of sadness, anger and pain has an added component. We often believe at SOME level that we deserve those feelings. Once we know that it’s ok to let them go, we can process these emotions without resistance, and move to a more connected state of being.

Turn on any news channel. They want you to believe that you are getting “vital information.” What you are really tuning into is the sound of sensationalism, conflict, ego polishing, and fear. Talk to someone who complains, gossips, and blames the world for their suffering. This person is broadcasting on the channel where other people
Is it possible to transform pain into optimal health? Yes, absolutely. In fact, most of us do not make an effort to optimize our health practices without the help of pain signals to bring our attention to problem areas. Intense (even life-threatening) pain and disease can give us permission to seek out alternatives and to make lifestyle and dietary changes that would otherwise be outside our comfort zone.
