Post-menopause libido

Sexual intimacy is a core aspect of a thriving life for most humans. Yet, hormonal changes combined with relationship challenges built up over years of marriage can make sex feel less than interesting.

EFT Therapist Rebecca Marina found her interest in sex with her husband was a ZERO at age 51. She decided to change this, if she could, using EFT. Asking her body to adjust hormone levels alone didn’t work. Over time, she came up with approaches that did make a difference for her (dramatic, from the sound of it). She has started working with other women in telesessions to help them as well.

In this article on Using EFT to Enhance Bedroom Romance, Rebecca describes successful sessions with “Dianna” and “Isabelle.” Rebecca can be reached at www.celebrationhealing.com.

In my work with female clients, especially those who have experienced full or partial hysterectomies, tibal ligation, abortion, fibroid surgery, traumatic birth and cesarean sections, or cervical cancer, there is often cellular memory of those events that, according to my clients, makes it “almost impossible to feel fully relaxed in my pelvis.”  Here is where EFT combined with progressive relaxation techniques, gentle deep tissue massage, transformational passive movement, and visualizations can lead to a signficant positive shift and re-integration.
