Those words touched me deeply today. I spent too much of my life afraid, stuck, shut down…waiting for something to happen so I could FINALLY get out there and let myself create the life I KNEW was possible.
Two of the most important perspectives and skills I learned on this journey have been how to tune into body guidance and how to honor my unique expression in this world. They gave me access to my own power and my inner magic… not overnight, but they opened doors and helped me start reclaiming the insights and inspirations that were hiding just out of sight.
We’ll be offering calls on these two topics this month. We try to keep the costs of these calls low, so people from all walks of life and current circumstances can participate and engage with our tribe. And we are all co-creating these experiences. Our energy, our money, our time, and our attention flow in, and we’re activating higher vibration pathways for anyone who’s open to it.

We were generally NOT taught free-spirited self-expression as children. We were taught that being safe meant: be quiet, be good, work hard, and conform. We judge ourselves and beat ourselves up, trying so hard to be who we thought we “needed” to be… and we wonder why we aren’t happy. This spring, let yourself be reborn as YOU. Drop the shackles that keep you bound and give yourself permission to like what you like… and be who you naturally are. Life gets so much easier and fun when you stop pretending and struggling… and start being real!

Navigating Confidently to Your YES!
Let’s start with Body Guidance (we’ll have more for you next week on Being You).
We learn and shift fastest when we focus on something specific. So choose something specific in your life that you’d like guidance and insight on. What is something you want to make a decision about?
Okay, for some of you, the issue you choose is pretty big. Narrow it down to the next small step you need to take. For example, if you want a new career, don’t try to jump to the new job in a new state with a new house and a new husband and a new dog… you can start with a list of the things you know you enjoy doing. The best journeys start with baby steps!
Think of it like this. You don’t go to the gym for the first time in years and try to bench press 150lbs! You start with the 5lb weights. That gives your body and mind time to build resiliency and confidence.
The same thing holds for building your confidence and connection with your guidance. Start small and build strength. And if you are already powerful in your guidance, going back to the basics (lifting those light weights again, mindfully and carefully) can retune you and help you refine the process that works best for you..

Now take a nice deep breath. And let’s do some EFT Tapping.
Karate Chop: Even though I feel _____ when I think of making a decision about _____, I’m open to calm clarity and gentle guidance.
Even though I haven’t been able to make a decision so far, I’ve been trying to decide with my head, and now I’m ready to decide with my whole being, including my body.
Even though I’ve been confused, I can guide myself back to baby steps and tune into my inner guidance. I ask for help opening up to my inner vision and inner voice.
Top of the Head: I’m not sure what to do.
Eyebrow: There are so many possibilities!
Side of the Eye: I’m afraid to make a mistake.
Under the Eye: I’m afraid to mess things up.
Under the Nose: I don’t know how to move forward.
Chin: I don’t know what’s right for me.
Collarbone: This is leaving me frustrated…
Under the Arm: And confused.
Top of the Head: I can get guidance from my body.
Eyebrow: I can think of the different option…,
Side of the Eye: And notice how my body FEELS.
Under the Eye: It isn’t only what I think.
Under the Nose: It’s how my body feels.
Chin: Does my body feel heavy or light?
Collarbone: Open or closed?
Under the Arm: I can ask my body to help me find my path.
Top of the Head: I tune into the energy of this decision.
Eyebrow: I invite the Universe to send me direction.
Side of the Eye: I can use my body as an antenna…
Under the Eye: To pick up these signals.
Under the Nose: I can certainly use my head…
Chin: And I can let my body and its deep wisdom guide me, too.
Collarbone: I’m ready to get out of my way.
Under the Arm: I’m ready to live and make powerful decisions for me…
Top of the Head: Based on deep wisdom and love.
Take a deep breath.
Let yourself BE deep within your body. Let yourself come out of your head and into your full BEING. Invite your body and the Universe to guide you.
Now look at your decision again. Stay in your body, and notice what you feel when you think of choosing one way or the other. Be with the feeling and the thoughts. Notice the richness of the information you get. Let that “roll around on your tongue”.

Can you see that with some practice, as this become second nature, you could move through life in a different way? More powerfully, more connected?
