Grief is intertwined with our spiritual beliefs and knowings. So, no discussion of grief can take place without that context being present. As you listen to this team call on grief and loss, it is my hope that the message of the eternalness of Who We Really Are comes through in a way that feels good to you, that provides some measure of relief during times of grief.

Grief can be about the loss of a beloved aunt, a second mother. And it can be around the loss of a dog, the first living example in someone’s life of unconditional love and acceptance. We cover both in this call.

Often there is also a sense of guilt present, as well. Even when the person or animal would not–we KNOW–want us to feel guilty! EFT can be used effectively with these energies to soothe them, and if you choose, to quiet the noise sufficiently that we can connect to the essence of our loved ones that IS eternal and have continued access to their wise counsel and especially ALL the Love.
