- Tapping with EFT for Resistant Mechanical Trouble
I have tapped with some clients (presenting for physical therapy) who have very mechanical problems. Together we have tapped using EFT around all sorts of things with no change. I know experience will help me a lot, but is it unreasonable to expect that tapping will effect resistant mechanical trouble?
- Photo Tapping with EFT
On the journey to true emotional freedom using EFT, it is important to TEST. For example, after working through specific events, we might vividly imagine the scenes to see if our body or emotions speak up. But what about certain time periods that might seem hazy?
- Probing for the Core Emotional Issue
Q. I have this chronic physical problem that has not responded to any treatments. I feel there may be an emotional cause, but I don’t know how to figure out what it might be. How can I use EFT for it if I don’t know the emotions behind it? A. One way to probe for a “core emotional issue” that may be behind a stubborn physical symptom is to ask two companion questions.

- What is the difference between acupuncture and EFT?
These are some of the many reasons why EFT is gaining acceptance. I have great respect for acupuncturists. They often achieve results when western medical approaches fail. The art of acupuncture is far too complex to convey in this short answer. Certainly, there is no reason EFT and acupuncture cannot be combined effectively. Some acupuncturists teach their clients EFT, in fact, for them to use at home.
