  • What Does It Feel Like?
There's power in the words "What does it feel like?" You see, you can generate the feeling just by wanting the feeling. Most of you go about it the hard way. You try to create a circumstance that will then generate a feeling response, but by going right for the feeling, the Universe will take you at your feeling vibration.

  • Tap for Cravings During TV Commercials
Think about it... TV commercials are designed to make an emotional appeal. You'll have more excitement in your life if you drink Mountain Dew. The babes will love you if you drink the right beer. Life is good as long as you have a Whopper, fries, and a giant soda by your side. TV watching is sedentary, true, but what really gets people craving (and eating) are the highly targeted ads that effectively get you tuned into certain emotions (including fear emotions like the fear of being "left out of the fun and pleasure). What a perfect time to use EFT! Take whatever you are feeling, especially any food cravings, and tap during the commercials!

  • The Pounds Flew Off Me
Carol Look is a specialist in weight loss with EFT. Here she interviews and reports on Jane's results from persistent tapping using EFT and borrowing benefits from Carol's DVD in the Specialty Series 1 DVD set from Gary Craig. She has lost 51 pounds and kept it off for more than a year.

  • Soft Drinks Now Main Source of Calories

  • Mindful Eating

  • Waist size increases diabetes risk
A recent study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition determined a simple measure for estimating diabetes risk, based on waist size (rather than body-mass or overall weight).

  • Most commercial weight loss programs are not effective

  • Pasta triggered craving for soda

  • Hitting the survival resistance point
Back in mid-May, I overdosed. It wasn't the double scoop cone that I ate. It was the double chocolate Haagen-Dazs I saved my friend from finishing. My whole body rebelled, and I decided that my pancreas, spleen, and liver really needed a break from high intensity sugar.

  • Are we all supposed to be thin?
