Can you give an example of how to tap to music?

There is a song by Michael W. Smith, You Are Holy, that is recorded live with a wonderful energy. That song gives me shivers. It speaks to my own personal commitment to serve, and helps me feel spiritually connected and empowered. When I listen, I often tap the EFT points and sing along, and I sense that this combination strengthens my energy system.

Colors of the Wind (yes, from Disney’s Pocahontas) is a song that connects me with the earth and my Native American roots and ancestors. I tap along with it, in gratitude for all of nature and how its balance serves our health and well-being.

Where Eagles Fly by Sammy Hagar also connects me to nature and helps my spirit to soar. Again, I sing along and tap.

I have also found that there are songs that used to make me feel sad or vulnerable. By tapping while listening, I shifted my feelings. Sing along… and tap.
