How often should I tap with EFT?

Carol Look recommends the following: Set aside 5 minutes, 3 times a day and tap on any uncomfortable feelings you have had throughout your day.  Tap for any remaining anger at your boss, irritation with your spouse, annoyance at the kids, and anxiety about work, money or your health etc.  The point is to make tapping a routine in your life.  This is such a simple tip and so worthwhile, but many people resist it due to blocks about getting over their emotional conflicts.  Do you have blocks about getting well?  Getting better? Becoming more financially stable?  Keep tapping… [Other tips, recommendations and games can be found in my e-book, “Attracting Abundance with EFT.” ]

Rick comments: 3 minutes, 5 times a day also works. The key is to keep your energy system glittering with Good Vibes. All of us are exposed to so many environmental energies in addition to whatever internal strains we put on ourselves. Regular short periods of tapping throughout the day is, in my experience, a baseline requirement if you want to use EFT and energy therapy to improve health, wealth, and emotional freedom. If you find this difficult, I recommend tapping along with the EFT Audio Session No! You Can’t Make Me and see if that helps. If it doesn’t, let me know!
