- Gary Craig - EFT
Gary Craig is both the creator of EFT, emotional freedom techniques, and a wonderful teacher. I have spent countless hours studying Gary’s EFT Video Series (all the sets), reading his free EFT manual and newsletters, and attending workshops where Gary has worked on-stage with individuals with a broad range of physical and emotional challenges. Learning from such a master of the art of emotional freedom has been a wonderful experience for me, as it has for thousands of other professionals and motivated individuals.

If you are needing peak experiences to feel good, YES, you have a problem. You can’t hold onto the feeling. The internal chemistry and focus needed just are not available for extended periods of time. Drive drive drive yourself to win at anything, and the ensuing refractory (rest) period that follows may be deeply unsettling to you. Depression is common. - Oh NO! No Excuses Anymore!
Can an illness make us feel safe? Growing up, when I wasn’t prepared for a test at school, I would get a stomach ache. It would buy me some time. It would give me another day home. It was an “excused absence.” No one questioned. No one poked or prodded. No thermometer had to read high. “My stomach hurts too much to go to school.” And I stayed home. Have you ever done something like that?
- Healing the Wounded Inner Child with EFT
After tapping on the feelings of the Inner Child and working with any real memories that came up, I ask how the little one is feeling now. More often than not, the whole inner scenery has changed. The adult person is hugging and comforting the child, and they start talking or taking action to change the situation.
