Cathy here. Reid and I just got back from an AMAZING 4 days of inspiration and instruction with Brendan Burchard. This guy really knows his stuff on finding your voice and sharing it with others in a loving, powerful way. (You can see our photos on Facebook).
Right now, he’s GIVING away his new book. He read parts of it to us doing the seminar, and it touched me deeply. I found myself connected more with my heart and my purpose in life, and I wanted to share this with you.
If you want your copy, you can sign up here. You get a beautiful hard cover book, mailed to your home, when you pay shipping and handling.
In case you’re wondering why Brendan would do this, he teaches sharing generously. He passionately wants to help people change their lives, and this is a way for him to reach more people.
I’d love to hear what you think of it! –Cathy
In the spirit of generosity, here’s some tapping for you, in case you’re feeling like there is an overabundance of resources right now. Between the Tapping World Summit (Rick’s presentation is coming up!) which is a delightful place to learn different approaches and styles on a variety of subjects, your normal busy days, and all the things you want to get to, it can feel…
Abundant! (To Say The Least!)
I remember, six or seven years ago, wishing I had more in my life. I was busy at work, and I had some friends, but I knew there was more. My evenings and weekends were busy but lonely.
I latched onto anything to do with healing or EFT (and there wasn’t a lot back then!) and devoured it like a starving creature.
And things changed. I started being more outgoing. I felt safe doing new things.
And EFT has become more popular. Between the internet, and more and more people sharing their approach, there is a delicious flow. And yet it can be hard to decide what to do next. There are so many options.
When that happens…
1) Take a Deep Breath. It’s easy for our primitive brain to feel flooded and overwhelmed. Remind it that there are NO tigers here. Just a simple choice or two.
2) Remember, there isn’t a “wrong” choice. You are going to learn something and have some insights, no matter what path you choose. And…
3) We all want to find the most juicy, smooth path. So listen to your heart and body. What feels more fun and light when you consider it? (If you’re new to Body Guidance, there is a recording you can listen to here, to get started http://www.thrivingnow.com/tuning-into-body-guidance/)
Let’s do some EFT tapping on finding a smooth and playful path for you! (Just imagine the collective energy of all of us tapping on this, and creating more ease and focus!)
Karate Chop: Even though there is a lot going on, life is pretty abundant, and I get to take a deep breath and let life unfold.
Even though there are so many possible paths to follow, if I ground and breathe, I see that some are bright and shiny and others look dark and tangled.
Even though I am afraid to get it wrong, the truth is, I learn something wonderful no matter what I do. I ask for guidance to take me to where I dream of going.
Top of the Head: There are a lot of choices.
Eyebrow: Sometimes I get frustrated.
Side of the Eye: I love that there are so many options.
Under the Eye: Yet I don’t know what to do next.
Under the Nose: I keep trying to decide with my head.
Chin: And that just spins me around in circles.
Collarbone: What if I let my heart in on the deal?
Under the Arm: And allowed myself to flow?
Top of the Head: What if all this abundance…
Eyebrow: Is the Universe showing me how loved I am?
Side of the Eye: Can I just let that in?
Under the Eye: I can relax and allow this love.
Under the Nose: I can embrace it.
Chin: And as I relax, the guidance I seek flows in.
Collarbone: I invite the best paths for me to light up.
Under the Arm: When they’re bright and shiny…
Top of the Head: They are so easy to see!
Take a deep breath.
What delights your heart? What draws you forward?
We’d love to hear from you, and we invite you to join us on Facebook and share your stories and comments there, so we can all celebrate together!
